Returns & Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LOULOU DAMOUR purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items of clothing (with the original tags attached) that are have not been worn, washed or altered in any way, and accompanied by the original packing slip. Items that show visible signs of use, including scratches, stains, or tears AND/OR items with tags removed are not eligible for return.

PARFUM PURCHASES

We do not offer refunds on LOULOU parfum purchases. However, we include a sample spray bottle of LOULOU parfum with all clothing purchases if you’d like to try it before you buy.

TIME LIMITATIONS

To receive your refund, your online return process must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD

To accommodate gift giving, purchases made between November 12 and December 24 of every year are eligible for return through February 1, of the following year.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you have the option to select a direct exchange for the same product in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a completely different product please contact us to discuss your request by email at [email protected] or call us at 858.334.3000.

PAYPAL EXCHANGES

When you purchase using PayPal, returns will be refunded to your PayPal account. We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns – an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

Please enter your information below, including your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process. You can find your order number on the packing slip that was included with your order or in your original purchase confirmation email.

Soon after submitting your return request you will receive an email with a return shipping label attached. Simply print and ship. After mailing your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Upon receipt of your returned item we will inspect the condition of the product and if all is well, we will process your exchange OR issue a refund to your original method of payment (or issue you a store credit).
